A popular Birmingham food truck is planning a brick-and-mortar location as well as a second mobile eatery.

A-Train Station, founded by Careese Agee, Anthony Harris and Theodore Essex, is set to open its first brick-and-mortar restaurant at 1515 Pearson Ave. SW in Birmingham, reports the Birmingham Business Journal. The location formally housed Cajun Bistro Express.

A-Train’s menu includes wings, burgers, quesadillas, and the popular French Fry Philly – a Philly cheesesteak with served with a side of loaded fries.

Agee told the Birmingham Business Journal that the Pearson Avenue restaurant will serve the A-Train menu, as well as fish and salads.

If all goes well, the owners of A-Train are willing to consider opening another restaurant once their second food truck is up and running.

“With one, we may do more of the out-of-town things,” Agee told the Birmingham Business Journal. “We’re going to kind of stay local, hit maybe the outskirts of Birmingham, find new locations, test out the waters and hopefully open another brick-and-mortar somewhere else.”
