Two Charleston, South Carolina restaurants have been named to the Yelp Top 100 US Restaurants for 2022 and both began as food trucks.
The first is Jackrabbit Filly which was born from the food truck Short Grain, offering Chinese, New American and Japanese menu items. Jackrabbit Filly offers Chinese food and is known for its spicy fried chicken.
The second is Lola, which launched as a food truck in 2010. The restaurant offers up Low Country fare and Cajun options from etouffee to gumbo.
